Jake Paul faces a daunting challenge against Anthony Joshua, where size might just be a factor. At the weigh-ins, Joshua tipped the scales at 243.4 pounds, a hefty 27 pounds more than Paul’s 216.4.

Joshua, a two-time heavyweight champ, has never fought lighter than 227 pounds. Meanwhile, Paul, who’s more accustomed to the 200-pound range, once fought Mike Tyson at 227.2 pounds, securing a win in a lackluster bout.

Originally, Paul was set to fight Gervonta “Tank” Davis, but a legal issue involving Davis led to Joshua stepping in. Now, the fight is set for Dec. 19, a twist that adds intrigue to the matchup.

In other news, Anderson Silva is set to clash with Tyron Woodley in a 195-pound catchweight bout. Both fighters have history with Paul; Silva lost a decision, while Woodley suffered two defeats, including a brutal knockout.

For the co-main event, Alycia Baumgardner weighed in at 129.2 pounds, ready to defend her title against Leila Beaudoin, who hit the 130-pound mark.

Here’s a quick look at the weigh-in results: Jake Paul (216.4) vs. Anthony Joshua (243.4), Alycia Baumgardner (129.2) vs. Leila Beaudoin (130), Anderson Silva (191.4) vs. Tyron Woodley (194).
