Dr. Jon Jones Returns in Hilarious Sleep Therapy Skit

Dr. Jon Jones humorously showcases his MMA skills in a skit as sleep therapy techniques, while he remains a UFC heavyweight champion uninterested in a unification bout with interim champion Tom Aspinall.

Dr. Jon Jones is back.

On Friday, the UFC heavyweight champ dropped a skit, slipping into scrubs and showcasing how his MMA skills uniquely suit him for a medical career—specifically in sleep therapy.

Check out the wild skit below.

In this short clip—a follow-up to his “Jon Jones Chiropractic Office” sketch—Jones uses his brutal techniques to help folks tackle sleep issues.

There’s the “Rockabye Baby” (rear-naked choke), “Circadian Circle” (spin kick), “Snap Time” (literal neck snap), “Shut Eye” (classic Jones elbow), and “The Lyoto Machida” (a nod to his infamous choke-out at UFC 140).

While Jones has seen his share of decisions, he’s finished his last two opponents, Stipe Miocic and Ciryl Gane, with many championship wins via knockout or submission.

At 37, he holds a piece of the UFC heavyweight title. Meanwhile, interim champ Tom Aspinall might have a stronger claim as the top dog. A unification bout? It seemed inevitable, but Jones isn’t keen on facing Aspinall.
