Jake Paul Warns Legal Action Against Critics of His Fights

Jake Paul is taking legal action against those accusing him of staging fights after Piers Morgan criticized his recent win over Julio Cesar Chavez Jr., labeling it a “farce.”

Jake Paul is fed up with the lies and accusations. Following his decision win over Julio Cesar Chavez Jr., Piers Morgan slammed Paul, calling the fight an “unwatchable farce” and “staged.” Naturally, Morgan was promoting his own platform, where he’d recently trolled Paul on air.

Morgan tweeted, “I had a better fight with Jake Paul on Thursday than the unwatchable farce tonight. The guy’s lining his pockets with buckets of $$$$ – but he’s killing boxing with this boring staged bullsh*t against older fighters way past their prime.”

In response, Nakisa Bidarian, Paul’s co-promoter for Most Valuable Promotions, hinted at exploring legal options against Morgan or anyone else accusing Paul of fight fixing. Paul backed this up with a strong message.

Paul tweeted, “After years of letting it slide as just ‘haters being haters,’ I’ve asked my team to vigorously go after anyone who makes up lies about my boxing career. Expect to get served, you pigs.”

Paul’s been dealing with claims of his fights being fixed since entering the sport. These accusations peaked after his knockout of Tyron Woodley in December 2021 and his recent win over Mike Tyson last November.

Over his last eight bouts, Paul snagged seven wins, including victories over Anderson Silva, Nate Diaz, and Mike Perry. He’s not just a YouTuber anymore; he’s making waves in the boxing world.
