Logan Paul Claims Dillon Danis Crossed Lines by Involving Nina Agdal in Fight Promotion

The boxing match between Logan Paul and Dillon Danis became personal after Danis used pictures of Paul’s fiancee, Nina Agdal, to mentally antagonize Paul ahead of their October 14th fight, which Paul believes crossed a line.

The announcement of the boxing match between Logan Paul and Dillon Danis sparked a fierce personal rivalry. The situation intensified when pictures of Paul’s fiancee, Nina Agdal, became a key part of Danis’ psychological warfare leading up to the Oct. 14 fight. Paul, a social media influencer turned boxer, declared that Danis had crossed a line with his actions, stating, “I think he has gone too far. I knew Dylan was a scumbag. I didn’t think he’d take it as far as he did. But, you know, actions have consequences. I think he’s going to get what’s coming to him”.

Continuing his statement to Misfits Boxing, Paul expressed that he did not feel the need to defend himself or his relationship with Agdal. He criticized Danis for twisting the narrative of his fiancee’s previous relationships and her life in the public eye and assured that Danis’ social media provocations would have consequences. As of yet, Agdal has yet to publicly respond to the pictures posted by Danis. Shortly after their fiery exchanges, a press conference for the main fighters of the fall event erupted into chaos.

Despite the emotional build-up, Paul dusted off the idea of bringing any anger or personal feelings into his match against Danis: “I don’t fight with emotion. To be honest, I don’t care about Dillon Danis. He’s just the person in front of me for this fight, and he’s doing a good job building it up.” Logan Paul possesses a professional boxing record of 0-1, with his loss being to fellow influencer turned boxer, KSI, and once fought against Floyd Mayweather in an exhibition match.

On the other hand, Dillon Danis will be debuting in the boxing ring against Paul. He has a notable record in the MMA welterweight division and will be fighting as a cruiserweight, with some training help from Conor McGregor. Paul is confident in his chances against Danis, considering Danis’ background in Brazilian jiu-jitsu and his own boxing experience. When asked about the upcoming bout, Paul declared: “He’s not even good at that. I don’t know how he thinks he’s going to box. Striking is his worst forte. I’ve been boxing for five years, went toe-to-toe with Floyd Mayweather, 0-1, that should say enough about how good I am.”
