Paulo Costa Withdraws from UFC 326 Fight

Brunno Ferreira needs a new opponent for UFC 326 after Paulo Costa withdrew from the event, with the reasons for Costa’s withdrawal still unclear.

Brunno Ferreira is on the hunt for a new opponent at UFC 326. Paulo Costa has pulled out from the March 7 card. This news was confirmed by multiple sources, following a report from Leo Guimaraes.

The reason behind Costa’s withdrawal? Still a mystery. The announcement came less than a week after the UFC officially scheduled the fight for Las Vegas.

Costa, a former title contender with a 15-4 record, recently got back on track. He snagged a unanimous decision win over Roman Kopylov in July. This victory helped him bounce back from losses to Robert Whittaker and Sean Strickland, which had dented his UFC record to 6-4.

Meanwhile, Ferreira, holding a 15-2 record, is on a roll. He just defeated Marvin Vettori by decision, marking his third straight win. Despite missing weight in December, “Hulk” improved his promotional record to 6-2 with significant wins over Gregory Rodrigues and Vettori.

UFC 326 is set to light up Las Vegas’ T-Mobile Arena. The event will feature a BMF title bout between Max Holloway and Charles Oliveira. Exciting times ahead!
