Lewis humorously pointed out that the person in the photo had hair, while he himself is bald.
Lewis, who was driving a Lamborghini in his hometown at the time of the incident, was later released on a $100 personal recognizance bond. His court date is scheduled for December 27. Although he has attorneys working on the case, it seems Lewis may be considering the classic “Shaggy defense” to combat the charges against him.
