Logan Paul Praises Dillon Danis’s Top Tier Trolling Skills Ahead of Upcoming Fight

Logan Paul has chosen Dillon Danis as his fight opponent due to his excellent trolling skills and the resultant fight promotion, despite personal dislike and frequent attacks on his fiancée, Nina Agdal on social media.

Logan Paul has expressed his less-than-ideal feelings towards Dillon Danis, a fellow fighter, but acknowledged Danis’s contributions to promoting their upcoming fight on October 14th. In an episode of the Flagrant podcast, Paul shared his opinions about Danis, remarking, “I can laugh. Some of them are really funny…They’re all good. The guy is so good at Twitter. It’s top tier trolling, which is why I chose him as an opponent. We got people interested. At the end of the day, it’s all fight promo.” Although he’s not a fan of Danis’s character, he admits that his habitual stirring on social media has been beneficial in raising interest in their forthcoming match.

Commenting further on their relationship, Paul states, “Dillon hates me. But, I don’t give a care about him. I find him to be a superb troll and a parasite, which is why I’m honored that I will be the one to take him out and embarrass him. Taking the fight, I knew he was going to promote it crazily and people will be interested. And if he shows up, I get to be the one to teach him a lesson, and that excites me.” The fight is set as the co-main event of the KSI vs. Fury card and will take place at the Manchester Arena in Manchester, England. Despite losing to KSI in a split decision in his last professional boxing appearance in 2019, Paul appears confident going into this fighting.

The match with Danis, who will be making his debut in boxing but boasts a 2-0 record in mixed martial arts and a black belt in Brazilian jiu-jitsu, will be interesting. One controversial aspect of their feud has been Danis’s taunting of Paul’s fiancée, Nina Agdal, on social media. Paul has stated that he plans to financially compensate Agdal for the stress Danis’s posts have caused her. He also commended her for her strength amidst the situation, saying, “You’re handling this like a warrior and I will compensate you accordingly with my winnings. She’s never experienced hatred in her life. But because she’s linked to me, I feel really bad, but she’s strong. It’s part of the reason, why I chose her to be my fiancée.” Regardless of the incessant trolling, Paul does not believe his combat abilities will be overshadowed on the night of the fight. When questioned about Danis’s potential to defeat him, the YouTube boxing sensation brushed it off as unthinkable.
