Logan Paul’s Fiancée Nina Agdal Sues Dillon Danis, Files Restraint for Online Harassment: Report

Nina Agdal, engaged to Logan Paul, has filed a lawsuit and a restraining order against MMA veteran Dillon Danis for alleged online harassment and violation of privacy, possibly jeopardizing Danis’ upcoming fight with Paul.

Nina Agdal, who is engaged to Logan Paul, has recently taken legal action against Dillon Danis due to the latter’s online harassment over several weeks on social media platforms. Further intensifying matters, Agdal has also requested the imposition of a restraining order against Danis, an established MMA veteran. This punitive measure comes after Danis continuously posted media content featuring Agdal whilst promoting his upcoming boxing match against Paul, which is set to take place on October 14. The persistent exposure to online harassment coupled with Agdal’s prominence as a model and recipient of the Sports Illustrated swimsuit cover, served to compound the issue, prompting her to sue Danis and seek damages.

The situation escalated on Twitter when Danis responded to the news, provocatively proclaiming he would persist despite the legal proceedings against him. He also speculated that his bout with Paul could be threatened if he gets incarcerated. Danis’ declaration on Twitter included a statement directed at Paul reading, “Logan Paul is a dead man walking.” However he refrained from disclosing further details as he stated, “I will provide more details when I can, but because it’s a federal case, I can’t at this time.”

According to court documents acquired by TMZ, Agdal accused Danis of posting over 250 “despicable” things about her since the announcement of his fight with Paul. She claims to have suffered “humiliation, emotional distress and reputational harm” from Danis’ repeated posts about her. Furthermore, Agdal alleged that one of Danis’s posts contained a sexually explicit image from a “romantic encounter” more than a decade ago, and was a violation of both federal and state law. The image, she claims, was only taken down after Misfits Boxing (the organization behind the Paul-Danis match) threatened to terminate the fight if not removed. Danis also allegedly posted a video, taken from Agdal’s personal Snapchat archive, where Agdal talked about her longing for intimacy during a period of celibacy. Agdal inferred in the lawsuit that either Danis had directly hacked her Snapchat account or had obtained the intimate video indirectly. In relation to the damages, Agdal has demanded a minimum of $150,000 for each instance of sharing intimate images, which contravenes federal law. Lastly, she has also appealed to a judge to impose an injunction on Danis, preventing him from posting explicit photos of her in the future.
