UFC Plans Upcoming Card in St. Louis on May 11

The UFC is planning to return to St. Louis for a Fight Night card on May 11, 2024, marking its first event in the city since 2018, although the location has not been officially confirmed.

Alright, here’s the scoop. In 2024, the UFC is hitting the road again. They’re planning more shows, and one of them is the UFC Fight Night card on May 11. Guess where they’re thinking of going? St. Louis.

Now, this isn’t official yet. But people in the know have spilled the beans. They’re saying St. Louis is the spot. Marcell Dorff was the first to tweet about it.

St. Louis and UFC, it’s been a while, right? The last time a UFC card was held there was in 2018. Remember when Jeremy Stephens KO’d Doo-ho Choi? Yeah, that was the main event. The Enterprise Center, previously the Scottrade Center, could be the venue. It’s where the St. Louis Blues play their NHL games.

Since the pandemic ended, the UFC’s been on the move. They’ve been hosting Fight Night cards in various places. They’re still doing events at the UFC APEX, but they’re also traveling. So far in 2024, they’ve been to Mexico City for a Fight Night. And guess what? They’re heading to Atlantic City, N.J. on March 30.

But wait, there’s more. They’ve got a card planned in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia on June 22. And they’re taking a card to The Sphere in Las Vegas for Mexican Independence Day in September.

As for the May 11 card, there are rumors. Terrance McKinney might be back, facing Esteban Ribovics. Carlos Ulberg could be squaring off against Alonzo Menifield. But the main event? Still a mystery. Stay tuned, folks.
